Principal contractor, supplied, detailed, fabricated and installed a replacement ROM bin, wing walls, feeder and associated support structural modifications at a CHP dump station including additional civil works. Project manager on-site in cooperation with the electrical sub-contractor completed ahead of schedule and without incident.

Our team supplied and managed a total of 12 tradesman around the clock for 5 days. The overhaul was completed within the scheduled timeframe and the plant was available to continue producing coal ahead of schedule. This project consisted of the removal and replacement of a feeder breaker floor with the assistance of a 100 tonne crane, removal and replacement of picks, remove sizer and change all segments, fitting of new gear box and electric motor, NDT testing of the existing structure and commissioning support.

Working with client on the initial concept, Many Fabrication & Engineering designed a multi-purpose platform for shipping containers, to include handrail system for platform & cage stairway. This design is unique to be able to be transported to other locations. Design included a lock mechanism for easy installation process and comply with safety requirements. Our team fabricated the deisgn in our workshop, transported and installed components on-site.
