Many fabrication & Engineering Pty Ltd carried out installation of structural and mechanical components. Contract scope included: pre-assembly of vendor supplied mechanical components, supply and fabrication of structural steelwork; design and fabrication of chutes, ducting and supports; erection and alignment of components to manufacturers’ specifications; sandblasting and surface protection.

Our team supplied and managed a total of 12 tradesman around the clock for 5 days. The overhaul was completed within the scheduled timeframe and the plant was available to continue producing coal ahead of schedule. This project consisted of the removal and replacement of a feeder breaker floor with the assistance of a 100 tonne crane, removal and replacement of picks, remove sizer and change all segments, fitting of new gear box and electric motor, NDT testing of the existing structure and commissioning support.

MFE worked closely with a power and communications company. We assisted the client with their concept and detail of developing a solar panel framework. Our tradespeople then fabricated to quality standards and delivered the finished project.

Working with client on the initial concept, Many Fabrication & Engineering designed a multi-purpose platform for shipping containers, to include handrail system for platform & cage stairway. This design is unique to be able to be transported to other locations. Design included a lock mechanism for easy installation process and comply with safety requirements. Our team fabricated the deisgn in our workshop, transported and installed components on-site.
